HOW TO USE: Sweety Freshly CHAMOMILE TEA with honey and lemon sachets is to be consumed as a cold or hot tea. For an immediate use, we recommend using water at a temperature around 55 °C.  One sachet is suitable for a 200-250 ml water. 

Other suggested uses:  to flavor the water or as an energy booster while exercising or hiking.
